PARISH INFORMATION FOR HOLY CROSS HALL RENTALS
1. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at least six weeks in advance of booking date.
2. All other fees are due two weeks prior to the event.
3. All renters must sign the contract (which explains rules, liabilities, deposits, etc.) at the time of booking.
4. Events are subject to the approval of the parish priest.
GENERAL RULES
1. In the case of a church event, all fasting days will be honored.
2. A Holy Cross representative must be present to turn on and turn off the gas in the large kitchen. (Note: All stove pilot lights must be lit.)
3. For all rental guidelines and conditions, please refer to the contract.
FEES
1. St. Nicholas Hall (basement underneath church) (max capacity 75 guests):
- Members: $100. Funeral Pomana (memorial meal): Free will offering
- Non-members: $200. Funeral Pomana: $100
2. Upstairs' Large Hall (max capacity 250 guests):
- Members: Daytime event under 75 guests: $100. Anytime event over 75 guests: $250
- Members: Funeral Pomana: Free will offering
- Non-members: Daytime event under 75 guests: $250. Anytime event over 75 guests: $450
- Non-members: Funeral Pomana: $100
PICNIC GROUNDS
1. Members: $100 2) Non-members $200 Indoor restrooms not included; a porta potty can be provided at an extra fee of $200.
CHURCH SERVICES
Holy Cross does not charge for any church services, though you may give a free will offering to the parish or the clergy. If you need a wedding, baptism, funeral, memorial, etc. please contact Father Spyridon.
